Positive Reviews

Perfect location for walking.

A 20-minute walk from City Amsterdam Utrechtsestraat takes you to all of Amsterdam’s major attractions, but trams are available nearby if you do not feel like going by foot and the Rembrandtplein outside is full of shops, bars and cafes.

Simple, clean and bright stay.

Guests have found the rooms here to feel safe, bright and clean, with the comfy beds and reasonable prices also suiting them.

Helpful 24/7.

You will find the staff, and in particular, the 24-hour reception team, to be incredibly friendly and very helpful in recommending where first timers should head to check out the city.

Negative Reviews

If you are looking for something fancy, then the basic but functional quarters at City Amsterdam Utrechtsestraat are not going to be your cup of tea, but they are, however, good value. Another point to consider: the free Wi-Fi is only available in the com

Some night-time noise.

While this has not been an issue for many people, there is some noise to be heard at night-time due to the proximity to Rembrandtplein, so enquire after a quiet room or take some earplugs with you if you want an early night.
