Guests described the team running this hotel as nice people who were generally happy to assist and did so with a smile. Moreover, it appears that they are ready and willing to help with tour and transfer booking should you be needing this.

Central Bangkok spot, close to mall shopping

The highlight of staying here is apparently the hotel's central location and people mentioned that they were very close to some excellent mall shopping options, local markets and lots of nice street or restaurant dining spots. Guests also said that they were not far from good public transport options for reaching other parts of Bangkok.

Spacious rooms, nice pool on site

Those who stayed here said the rooms offered plenty of space and a good standard of cleanliness and comfort. Furthermore, the pool found on site is apparently a very nice addition for those wanting to escape the Bangkok heat.

Negative Reviews

No free Wi-Fi in rooms, not a Western breakfast

Two downsides of staying here which were commonly mentioned related to the Wi-Fi and the breakfasts served up here. Guests were unhappy to find that they could not access the hotel's free Wi-Fi in their rooms or that they had to pay for it, while the breakfasts were not thought to have much variety on offer for those with Western breakfast customs.

Hotel reception on fourth floor

People were a bit confused by the fact that the reception of this hotel is located on its fourth floor and did not really like the fact that they arrived and entered the hotel without being greeted.
