Positive Reviews

Staff leave a lasting impression

The super-helpful and friendly staff made the vacation even more enjoyable for many travellers. The reception staff in particular got a mention for their genuine and caring attitude. Guests found them to be helpful without being pushy, which added to an entirely relaxing atmosphere at the hotel.

Breakfast bags are a nice touch

If you've got an early morning plane to catch, or you've organised a tour that's leaving at the crack of dawn, then you'll love the idea of the little breakfast bags. Guests had to hang them on the door outside their rooms, and were excited to find them full with goodies such as orange juice, banana and granola the next morning.

Trendy and cool decor

The hotel was described as chic, modern and well decorated throughout. Although the rooms were quite small, they were well-appointed, and the presence of a Smart TV with the full Sky package was a very big bonus for many sports lovers.

Negative Reviews

Ideal for just one night

Travellers who got the "dinky" room found it just a little too small for comfort. They struggled to find a convenient place to store their luggage, and felt that more than one night would have become rather claustrophobic.

Noisy entertainment

The beer garden and night-time entertainment did not impress everyone. There were several complaints from guests about being unable to sleep until the early hours of the morning, so make sure you bring your ear plugs with if you're not a night owl.
