Positive Reviews

Great location.

The property is within walking distance to shops and dining in Taigum, as well as being a short drive to Brisbane and all of the city's business centres and attractions. In addition to the convenience of the city, the hotel also features surroudning landscape that make it feel a little more exclusive.

Friendly hotel staff.

The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, especially during the check-in process. If you are arriving on the property after check-in hours, you can still get a key from the auto dispenser. This is extra convenient in the event that you're running behind or you have a delay in transportation.

Good amenities.

For the nightly rate, the number of amenities you get included - in comparison to nearby properties - is great. Everything you need is on the property including dining and even a pool and fitness centre - if you're looking for exclusive hotel at a budget-friendly rate, this is a good option for you.

Negative Reviews

Stairs only.

Rooms on the second floor of the property are accessed only by stairs - there are no lifts on the property. If you have issues with mobility, you will need to request cabins or ground-level accommodations.

Low quality accommodations.

The rooms need a bit of an update - bedding and couches are not very comfortable and the carpet is worn in many places. Property amenities, such as the fitness centre or guest lounge, is also outdated and closed often.

Photos aren't accurate.

The photos shown to depict the quality and look of the property don't meet expectations. The outdoor space isn't as guest-friendly as it is made to look on the website, and for the most part, the rooms aren't as renovated as they appear online.
