    Kit Kat Cottage is a historic 2 storey bed and breakfast accommodation on the edge of the Burra township. It Is deceptive in the space and privacy that it offers. Kat cottage has two bedrooms one with a king size bed and the other a queen size bed. Two single beds in the upstairs lounge provide further sleeping options. The rooms are arranged over two storeys, with bedrooms on the top floor and a cosy lounge room. The balcony can be accessed from the lounge or bedroom on this level. Downstairs is a fully equipped kitchen with full-size stove top and oven, microwave and dishwasher. On this level you’ll find the bathroom, breakfast room and large lounge room with wood burning heater. One flight of original steep stairs and links the upstairs living room and bedrooms with the down stairs living, kitchen and bathroom areas. The structure of the cottage is of heritage significance and so stairs and steps are in their original format being steeper than modern day dwellings. We greet our guests on arrival to handover keys and introduce you to the property. Don’t hesitate to contact us before, on your way or during your stay.
