Good location

Room quality is disappointing

The quality of the rooms here fails to consistently impress guests. While some of the rooms appear to offer an acceptable standard of accommodation, most attract criticism of some variety. Guests find the cleanliness level is unsatisfactory as well as reporting problems with housekeeping and ineffective air conditioning.

Mixed feedback about the staff

While it seems that some of the staff at this Calangute hotel are helpful and friendly, other members of the team let the side down so badly that it tends to leave guests with a negative impression of the service on offer here. The offending staff members are reported as being rude and disinterested in providing any satisfaction to guests whatsoever.

Average breakfast

Guests aren't overly impressed with the breakfast, describing the choice of dishes as a bit limited and the service on the slow side. A number of guests also complain that they weren't offered the promised complimentary breakfast as a result of not booking directly — and were instead asked to pay for their morning meal.
