Positive Reviews

You're right in the heart of the action

Blooms is close to Grafton Street, which is excellent for shopping It is also within easy walking distance of all attractions, as well as good restaurants and bars If you are looking to be dropped right in the centre of things, then this hotel definitely fits the bill.

Enjoy a pint and some traditional tunes

The pub downstairs is a great place to spend an evening The live Irish music is particularly great It's traditional and fun and will give you a fabulous sense of location There are good beers on tap as well.

You'll be comfortable and well looked after

Guestrooms are spacious enough and invariably very clean New towels are provided every morning, if you require them, as are top-ups of coffee, tea, toilet paper, etc.

Negative Reviews

Don't expect quiet at night

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, Blooms might not be the place for you The area gets noisy, not least because of the nightclub nearby Also, nighttime deliveries on the cobblestones and revellers on the street during the early hours add to the volume If you are a light sleeper, then you should request a room away from nightclub, where you might have more chance of a decent rest.

Noise or heat? You decide

Guestrooms can get quite stuffy when the window is closed, but it'll likely be too noisy with it open, so it's a straight-up choice between being too hot or being bombarded with the multitude of sounds from outside.

There's no Wi-Fi in guestrooms

The hotel does have free Wi-Fi, but it is only available in certain public areas and, even then, its connectivity isn't the best You won't be able to get online at all in your room though.
