Positive Reviews

Place looks brand new throughout

Guests loved the fact that this gleamingly modern hotel looks and feels like the protective wrapping has only just been taken off the whole place.

Handy location is just about right

Being right at the top of Dublin's main thoroughfare (O'Connell St) ensures this hotel makes a great base for sightseeing and shopping.Guests loved being within a gentle stroll (or short bus ride) of iconic sights like Dublin Castle and St. Patrick's Cathedral. The legendary pubs and bars of Temple Bar are within easy staggering distance too.

Friendly personnel make a real effort

Many reviewers raved about the impressive level of hospitality delivered by the hotel's personable and adept team of staff. Those working at reception were often singled out for praise.

Negative Reviews

Breakfast can be busy

Guests disclosed that breakfast times often resembled a rugby scrum whenever the hotel was close to full. The fact that there were relatively few tables to sit at did little to help matters.

Noise can be an issue at night

Visitors noted that some rooms, particularly those located close to an adjacent pub, were prone to noise issues, both at night with rowdy revellers and in the morning with pub staff.
