Fantastic location

The location of these apartments has proven popular with guests. Many comment on the proximity of Waverley Station and shopping along Princes Street although, in truth, there are few attractions that are more a short walk from the apartments.

Good value for money

Negative Reviews

Street level apartments can be noisy

As these apartments are in an area that is busy with shops, restaurants, and bars, it probably won’t come as too much of a surprise that some guests mention street noise. On the plus side, the problem only seems to be really noticeable in the ground floor apartments.

No elevator in building

While not a major concern, a number of guests have noted that there is no elevator in the building. It can be a bit of a hike to the top floor, especially if you are less nimble.

Parking may prove tricky
