Review summary
Summarized by AI from 80+ reviews
A tranquil, scenic base for regional sightseeing explorers.
This property serves as a peaceful retreat for sightseers looking to explore the Harz region. A panoramic view of the Stausee Kelbra pairs with convenient on-site parking to simplify the arrival experience. The professional staff stand out as the primary highlight, consistently earning praise for their welcoming and accommodating demeanor. While the breakfast buffet provides a reliable start to the day, guests seeking a more modern experience may find the accommodations and overall facility maintenance to be quite dated.
Some guests mentioned: steep approach road, inconsistent maintenance, dated interiors.
