Pacific View Dalaguete

The house was built in 2019 on a small hill about 95 m above sea level on the southern edge of the village not far from the Pacific Ocean. A few immigrant houses were built in the neighborhood. The access to the new residential area is via a concrete road. The property inhabited by the owners has modern technologies such as a water fountain shared with other houses, its own water filter system, solar technology for hot water, emergency power generator, and modern bathroom with shower. The nearest internationally well connected airport is in Cebu City (Mactan Island) approx. 90 km north of Dalaguete. In the wider area of the Pacific View Dalaguete there are some attractions to admire, for which we are happy to arrange organized tours.
