Review summary
Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews
A central, pet-friendly base for university visitors.
This hotel serves as a practical choice for sightseers and families seeking a convenient home base. A central location near Rutgers University pairs with freshly made breakfast to provide a reliable start to every day. The exceptional hospitality from many staff members creates a welcoming environment, and guests traveling with animals will appreciate the property's pet-friendly policy. While the experience is often defined by these highlights, the inconsistent quality of room maintenance and service remains a notable factor for travelers to consider when booking their stay.
Some guests mentioned: inconsistent room maintenance, unresponsive service, parking area atmosphere.
