Review summary
Summarized by AI from 400+ reviews
This hotel is a versatile urban hub, ideal for sightseers and budget travelers seeking a central base for exploration. Its central location in the heart of the city provides convenient access to various points of interest. The standout amenity is the spa, offering diverse experiences and quality massages, particularly the "Altin" massage. Guests consistently praise the attentive and friendly staff, especially the reception team, for their warm welcomes and efficiency, though the breakfast buffet receives criticism for its lack of variety. For a quieter stay, guests should consider requesting a room not facing the busy boulevard.
