Review summary
Summarized by AI from 800+ reviews
This hotel is a budget-friendly option for solo travelers and sightseers seeking an affordable stay. Its primary appeal lies in its strategic location, offering convenient access to Love Field airport and the medical district. While basic, the hotel does provide an ice machine and vending machines in the lobby for guest convenience. However, guests consistently report negative experiences with the staff, citing rudeness and unhelpfulness. For a more comfortable experience, consider requesting a room on a higher floor, as some guests have noted issues with noise and a "sketchy atmosphere" on lower levels and in parking areas.
