Hotel Fairmont Copley Plaza (Boston, USA)

Guest loved the décor throughout the plaza and remarked that it appears elegant, yet still manages to capture a historic feel. In particular many people felt the lobby is breathtaking so if you love architecture and design you’ll enjoy this location.

Visitors who used the fitness centre mentioned they enjoyed the machine choices and also the location / layout of the area.

If you need a location conveniently close to restaurants or shopping on Newbury Street or Copley Place Mall, this is the place. It’s also within walking distance of Hynes Convention Centre.

Although most people did rave about the cleanliness and attentiveness the staff provides, there were a few complaints about housekeeping (not vacuuming when staying multi-days, finding dirty socks of other guest under the nightstand and poorly made beds).

A number of people thought some charges were greatly exaggerated, like the daily parking rate. Others felt that some services that come standard at other hotels (like Wi-Fi and breakfast) should be available to all guests – not just those in particular up

Some guests mentioned the bathroom size was too small. Others point to the fact there was minimal space for their own toiletries on the counters.
