Review summary
Summarized by AI from 70+ reviews
The hotel primarily operates on an automated check-in and check-out system, which allows for flexible arrival times and is often highlighted as a signature feature for independent travelers who prioritize self-sufficiency. Its central location near the main train station and a concert hall makes it a convenient choice for event-goers and business travelers seeking easy access to local attractions and transport links. However, guests frequently report significant issues with room cleanliness, particularly concerning stained bedding, and a pervasive lack of on-site staff, leading to difficulties in resolving issues. The most striking and concerning feedback revolves around highly negative interactions with hotel management, including accusations of causing damage and aggressive, intimidating behavior. While some appreciate the quiet environment, the overall experience is often marred by these operational and service shortcomings. To ensure a smoother stay, guests should be prepared for a fully self-service model and be aware of the significant challenges regarding parking in the vicinity.
