There are a total of ten restaurants at Grand Hyatt Seoul, and guests love all of them. The Japanese restaurants, especially, receive the most praise. In addition, the breakfast is tasty and filling, and the fresh high-quality buffets always have a diverse assortment of foods.

Grand Hyatt Seoul is not in central downtown, which may be a positive or negative aspect for you. Business guests thought it was too far from the city center but most guests appreciated the extra greenery and lack of traffic. You can easily reach downtown by metro or the free hotel shuttle, or walk to some of the other central neighborhoods.

Though the layout and area of the rooms differ, several guests found their accommodations too small for comfort. Select rooms are also a bit more dated than others. Most guests have had no complaints though.
