Holiday Inn Express Jamestown By Ihg

The hotel's primary draw, and unfortunately, a major point of contention, is its recreational facilities, particularly the pool and hot tub, which are consistently advertised but frequently unavailable. Most guests find the location convenient, especially for those traveling by car, as it's situated right off the highway. The breakfast is a consistent highlight, often described as good or great. However, a significant number of reviews point to the hotel's outdated appearance and a general need for renovation. This hotel is often chosen by families looking for amenities like a pool, and by travelers seeking a comfortable stop during long journeys. An important tip for prospective guests is to verify the operational status of specific amenities, especially the pool, before booking, and to manage expectations regarding the hotel's overall modernity.
