Review summary
Summarized by AI from 900+ reviews
A scenic coastal escape for families and outdoor enthusiasts.
This resort serves as a breathtaking coastal setting for travelers seeking a tranquil getaway, pairing its secluded atmosphere with diverse swimming pools that cater to all ages. The property is rounded out by spacious and modern design in its accommodations, where guests looking for an elevated experience may choose to book the Preferred Club for exclusive lounge access and additional benefits. While the team is often praised for their genuine warmth, the service experience remains inconsistent due to the property's current staffing transitions.
Some guests mentioned: extended wait times, competitive dining reservations, inconsistent housekeeping.
