Hotel L'Appartement Hôtel (Montréal, Canada)

The hotel is in a good location according to many guests to stay here, including being in downtown Montreal and next to McGill University. There are also many eateries and shops in a vibrant student area.

Many guests were content with having plenty of space in their rooms and to have the most important furnishings when one is away from home. This includes a fully equipped kitchenette so that people can cook their meals in peace and there were also many toiletries and towels provided.

The breakfast buffet the hotel offers is a good one thanks to the items offered. The continental breakfast choices included pastries, breads, yogurt, fruit, juices and coffee to name a few. Many guests had enough to start their day and for free.

The parking for the hotel is located across the street from the hotel and for some guests it was a bit annoying to walk back and forth from their car to the hotel. It would have been more convenient to have parking nearby.

Some guests had problems having a restful stay because they could hear conversations and such from their next door neighbors, those above and from the hallways. It was anything but a restful stay.

Some of the guests had a bad experience with their rooms being unclean. The ventilation system did not work well so the air that circulated was very unclean. Some guests stayed for about a month and had their sheets changed twice.
