A stay that is just value for money, this is what most of the past guests have reported after their stay at this property. The comfort and relaxed feel, you get in this hotel at such a reasonable price is simply incomparable.

Fabulous location

The hotel can't get any better with its location. Located close to downtown Montreal, the hotel allows you to explore the beautiful city and its attractions. Cafes, restaurants, tourist attractions, shopping and entertainment, everything is in walking distance.

Shabby bathroom

The bathrooms at Le Nouvel Hôtel & Spa have not been able to impress past guests. In certain instances, guests have had problems with poor water pressure and temperature. Even the bathroom tiles look shabby and have black mold all over it.

Renovations- Need of the hour

Some of the past visitors have felt that the property is in need of refurbishment. The hotel has been there for a while however due to its age hotel rooms have started to look old and outdated to some of the past guests.

Parking Area- Shady

The hotel has paid underground parking for guest's vehicles. Previous guests have disliked the parking area as it was too shady for them with dusty cars and no light at all. Guests did not feel that parking to be safe for their cars.
