Review summary
Summarized by AI from 500+ reviews
A central, convenient base for city sightseers.
This hotel serves as a practical hub for sightseers seeking an unbeatable location in the heart of Naples. The property pairs its proximity to major Points of Interest with a range of on-site facilities, including convenient luggage storage for early arrivals. Guests often praise the breakfast buffet for its panoramic city views, and those looking for a more elevated morning experience should request a table on the seventh-floor terrace. While the staff is often noted for their courteous demeanor, the overall guest experience remains varied due to inconsistent room conditions and maintenance.
Some guests mentioned: unreliable Wi-Fi, inconsistent air conditioning, dated room interiors.
