The property is a short walk away from the Kaaba and Masjid Al Haram mosque and offers partial views of both. Visitors say the property's location is very good if you would like to walk to these places and add that there are also plenty of shopping and dining options nearby.

There are two restaurants plus a tea room at the hotel and travellers note that the dining facilities are pretty good overall. Al Yasmine offers an all-day buffet with international cuisine while Al Zahra has a more traditional menu. Both outlets serve breakfast, lunch and dinner while Tea Garden is open during lunchtime.

Visitors note that the beds found in the accommodations of the hotel are comfortable and make it easy to rest at night.

A number of visitors had unpleasant experiences with the staff at the property which can make your stay a difficult one. Speed of service was one area of concern for some travellers while a lack of friendliness was another thing that the employees could improve upon.

Several guests point out that a few of the accommodations could have an unwelcome scent in them such as cigarette smoke being found in non-smoking rooms. This was not an issue in every room, however.

The standard of cleanliness, especially in the rooms, left something to be desired. A few visitors claim that the accommodations were not tidy enough and areas like the bathrooms need more attention paid to them by the cleaners.
