Review summary
Summarized by AI from 600+ reviews
A peaceful residential retreat near the riverside.
This hotel serves as a practical base for sightseers seeking a quiet stay. The property boasts an optimal location near the Costanera riverside, while its covered swimming pool provides a central, albeit temperamental, recreational feature. The warm, attentive staff consistently stand out as the property's greatest asset, often going above and beyond to assist guests throughout their visit. While the rooms offer generous square footage, travelers looking for a more modern aesthetic may prefer to request one of the recently updated units if available.
Some guests mentioned: noise disturbances, maintenance issues, check-in inconsistencies.
