Guests frequently describe a chic, boutique hotel feel within the rooms, often noting a calming, zen-like ambiance and pleasant aromas in the common areas. This significant upgrade is the hotel's signature feature, consistently praised for creating a clean and comfortable environment that contrasts sharply with past negative feedback.
