Review summary

Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews

The hotel is a popular choice for its prime central location in Ketchum, offering unparalleled access to the town's shops, restaurants, and nightlife, making it an ideal base for ski trips and general exploration. Its unique appeal also lies in its welcoming atmosphere for pet owners, with dedicated amenities like a courtyard for dogs. Guests consistently highlight the hotel's cleanliness, the comfort of its accommodations, and the genuinely friendly and helpful staff. It caters well to couples seeking a cozy getaway, families on vacation, and groups of skiers looking for convenient access to the slopes. For those planning a stay, it is advisable to request a room away from the main street if sensitive to noise, and guests with pet allergies should be aware of the hotel's comprehensive pet-friendly policy.
