WoodSpring Suites Greenville Simpsonville

This hotel primarily functions as an extended stay accommodation, offering a practical option for long-term residents and budget-conscious travelers seeking basic amenities. It is currently undergoing improvements under new management, which some guests appreciate. However, guests frequently encounter significant issues with cleanliness, including widespread reports of pests and pervasive unpleasant odors. Problems with staff responsiveness and customer service, particularly at the front desk, are common, leading to frustrating check-in experiences and reservation issues. Noise levels are a frequent complaint, often stemming from other guests or barking dogs. Despite these challenges, some individual staff members are consistently praised for their friendliness and willingness to help. To enhance your stay, guests should confirm reservations directly with the hotel and be prepared for potential noise. Bringing personal kitchen supplies is advisable for those planning to use the in-room kitchenettes.
