Review summary

Summarized by AI from 1,000+ reviews

This hotel is a versatile urban hub catering to sightseers and budget travelers seeking a central base for exploration. Its prime location in the heart of downtown offers exceptional accessibility, with the metro subway line and major attractions like the Old Port and Saint-Catherine Street within easy walking distance. While the facilities are mixed, guests consistently praise the comfortable beds for a good night's rest. The staff receives polarized feedback, but the night staff are often commended for their helpfulness, and the breakfast, though basic, provides a convenient start to the day. For a quieter stay, consider requesting a room away from the main hallways.
