    Review summary

Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews

The hotel presents a highly variable guest experience, often surprising visitors with clean and comfortable rooms despite an unappealing exterior. This makes it a unique option for budget-conscious travelers seeking a basic place to sleep, though it may not suit those prioritizing consistent quality or a sense of security. While some guests find the staff friendly and helpful, others report significant issues with service and communication. The surrounding area is frequently described as run-down, contributing to a perception of unsafety for many. For travelers needing an affordable, no-frills stay, the interior room quality can be a pleasant surprise. However, families or those seeking a more secure and predictable environment might find it less suitable. To ensure a smoother experience, guests are advised to verify their room's condition upon check-in and clarify all deposit policies upfront.
