Members of staff are very helpful and seem to take pride in their work. Always quick to assist, they will not hesitate to offer you suggestions about areas that they think might be of interest to you. Their cheerful demeanor is very welcoming and makes your stay at the hotel a pleasurable one.

The hotel is located just a short distance from The Cebu International Convention and Ayala Mall where guests can enjoy the great shopping experience it provides. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area as well.

The hotel has a very high standard of cleanliness that is adhered to by all its employees and this is clearly seen throughout its premises. The rooms are well decorated and the fittings and furnishings are well maintained.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi but the speed is not conducive for heavy web browsing or streaming videos online. A number of guests complained about not getting any wireless Internet signal in their rooms during their stay here. Some had to go to the lobby to get a connection.

A few guests complained about the main meals served at the hotel. Common issues raised were the lack of variety and the quality of the food prepared. Guests on special diets felt greatly inconvenienced by the restaurant's lack of a special diet menu.

A few guests were concerned by how easily sound carried from room to room. Those with noisy neighbors were understandably unable to fully enjoy their stay here.
