Review summary
Summarized by AI from 1,000+ reviews
A retro-style base for travelers exploring Palermo.
This property serves as a functional hub for sightseers, pairing a strategic location near the historic Cathedral with a rooftop swimming pool that offers panoramic city views. The breakfast buffet is a standout highlight, providing a diverse array of local delicacies in a high-floor setting; guests seeking a more modern experience should inquire about the availability of recently renovated rooms. While the staff receives praise for their professional demeanor, the overall guest experience remains inconsistent due to varying levels of service and maintenance.
Some guests mentioned: noise disturbances, outdated gym equipment, long elevator waits.
