Review summary
Summarized by AI from 100+ reviews
This hotel is widely recognized for its prime lakeside location and extensive spa and pool complex, though the condition of the latter often receives mixed feedback. Its spacious accommodations and range of on-site activities make it particularly well-suited for families seeking a comprehensive holiday experience, as well as winter sports enthusiasts due to its proximity to ski transport and equipment drying facilities. Sightseers also find it convenient for exploring the town and surrounding nature. While many appreciate the hotel's overall atmosphere and breakfast offerings, some guests advise requesting a room away from the city-facing side to mitigate potential noise disturbances and to manage expectations regarding the spa's current state.
