Review summary
Summarized by AI from 200+ reviews
This hotel is a versatile retreat ideal for families, couples, and sightseers seeking an active getaway. Its prime location offers immediate access to the slopes and ski tracks, with convenient ski-in/ski-out access and proximity to the first lifts, as well as being a short walk to the lake and swimming beach and the town center. The standout amenity is the private sauna available in many units, perfect for unwinding after a day of outdoor activities. While initial check-in can be challenging, the staff, particularly the maintenance team, is generally helpful and friendly once contact is established. For a truly relaxing experience, consider booking an apartment with a private sauna.
