Review summary
Summarized by AI from 700+ reviews
A convenient city-center base for independent travelers.
This property serves as a functional home base for sightseers and business travelers who prioritize location over on-site amenities. The central location on Banna Avenue pairs with secure, undercover parking to provide a practical starting point for exploring the city on foot. Guests often praise the spacious rooms and comfortable king beds, though those seeking natural light should request a room with windows rather than a skylight-only unit. While the staff is frequently commended for their helpful local advice, the property’s recreational facilities and fitness equipment are largely considered outdated.
Some guests mentioned: inconsistent service, aging mattresses, noisy air conditioning.
