Review summary
Summarized by AI from 600+ reviews
A quiet, convenient base for travelers exploring the island.
This hotel serves as a practical retreat for sightseers seeking a peaceful home base. The property sits in the heart of the Isle of Sheppey and is rounded out by free parking for those navigating the area by car. Guests often commend the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, and those looking for extra space may want to request one of the spacious layouts during booking. While the property offers a functional stay, the inconsistent maintenance of the health suite and dining options remains a notable consideration for visitors.
Some guests mentioned: worn mattresses, limited breakfast, inconsistent service.
