Review summary
Summarized by AI from 1,000+ reviews
A tranquil, historic retreat near the Ayr Racecourse.
This property serves as a sophisticated base for sightseers and couples seeking a peaceful escape. The hotel sits directly adjacent to the Ayr Racecourse and is rounded out by immaculate gardens that offer a serene environment for relaxation. The exceptional food quality at the Jockey Club restaurant remains a highlight, and guests looking for a more refined experience should prioritize booking rooms within the main house rather than the annex.
Some guests mentioned: dated annex decor, inconsistent service speed, minor maintenance needs.
