Budget-friendly and convenient

The rooms are quite convenient, as you have lots of space to enjoy, and the kitchen allows you to cut down on time and cost since you can make your own meals with the stove, microwave and fridge.

Convenient location

Guests liked the hotel's location on Estero Island, since there are a lot of opportunities to shop and dine, and the fact that several gorgeous white-sand beaches are in walking distance is hard to beat.

Guests found the staff to be personable, attentive and helpful, making them feel truly welcomed and appreciated.

Housekeeping not always perfect

Several guests pointed out that their rooms had not been adequately cleaned when they first entered them, as there were stained sheets and towels, dead roaches and live ants particularly in the bathrooms, and leftover trash in the bins. They also stated that the floors must not have been cleaned in some time, as they ended up with dirty feet after walking around barefoot in the suite and bathroom.

Not well maintained.

Guests mentioned that the front desk often doesn't seem to have enough towels and beach towels, which is especially bothersome if there are multiple guests occupying a room. They also stated that the walk to the beach was somewhat unpleasant at times, as the garbage in the trash cans wasn't cleaned for days. Furthermore, several guests noted that the pool appeared to be quite dirty.
