Great Value With Breakfast

With high quality daily hot and cold breakfast, featuring the Full Scottish most days, you won't be disappointed in your value for the price Convenient with clean rooms.

Pleasant and Helpful Staff

Always charming, this staff won't hesitate to help out a guest in need. Let them know ahead of time if possible should you need assistance with carrying your luggage due to the lack of hotel lift on premises.

Negative Reviews

No Lift Available

Stick with lower floors if climbing stairs is an issue for you at all Staff will assist with luggage with advance notice, but you will otherwise climb the steps every time you leave the building or attend the breakfast area or lounge for Wi-Fi Consider your abilities before you book Although this hotel has been renovated several times since its creation, the lift had no place during the time period of the architect.

Noisy Rooms In Front

Some rooms in front are on the noisier side due to passersby and traffic on the main street If possible, request a room in the back away from the road and as high up as you can bear to walk the steps.

Security Issues

It has been advised this hotel is not the safest when travelling alone Security issues may arise Items occasionally go missing from rooms Keep your irreplaceables with you.

Keep Your Receipts

If you book online, keep a paper receipt with you to prove you already paid when you physically check in.
