Guest rooms are very clean and comfortable

A great many visitors noted that the accommodations here are very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Some guests were also pleasantly surprised by the relatively spacious size (by Hong Kong standards) of some of the rooms.

Central location is really handy

In the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, just a couple of streets from Nathan Road and within ten minutes of the nearest metro station; it's easy to see why so many travellers gave this hotel's super-convenient locationa resounding approval.

Top-notch soundproofing does the job

Many guests have reported that, even though there are some lively bars very close to this hotel, they weren't disturbed by any kind of noise during the night. Evidently, the soundproofing here is right up to standard.

Negative Reviews

Hotel is on a pretty steep hill

Numerous visitors have remarked upon the challenging gradient of the hill this hotel is set on. Most travellers agreed that a taxi is definitely the most sensible way for new arrivals with heavy luggage/kids/mobility issues to reach the property.

You can only drink Chinese tea in the rooms

The accommodations here only provide Chinese tea-making facilities. Suffice to say, this is something which many guests who enjoy coffee or tea with milk were rather disappointed by.

No in-house food options available

Very few visitors appreciated the fact that this hotel provides no on-site food options whatsoever. That being said, there are so many restaurants, cafes, bakeries, takeaways and pubs within a five-minute walk that this ceased to be a pressing issue for most guests pretty quickly.
