While visitors appreciate the strains hotel staff often operate under, a slight attitudinal shift towards smiling more, establishing eye-contact and using guest's names would go a long way.

A Little Claustrophobic

Guests accustomed to grand European-style hotels have been disappointed at the size of some accommodations. Rooms are well equipped but are not of the scale that many are used to (especially those with two beds), while pokey bathrooms only allow for one person at a time.

Negativity not the Norm

The vast majority of guest grievances relate to isolated incidents where the usual high-standards have momentarily slipped.
