Positive Reviews

Beautiful and Welcoming Apartments

For the most part, guests found very little to complain about when reviewing the state of their apartments. They found the accommodations were kept to a high standard and had appealing layouts that helped guests feel relaxed and at home.

You Can Save Money on Dining Costs

Guests loved the full kitchens their apartments offered. If your goal is to spend less money on dining out, these apartments make that goal easily achievable. These self-catering facilities were also extremely handy during long-term stays.

A Location Near the Sights

These apartments make it simple to see what London has to offer. Guests liked being so close to tourist attractions, not to mention restaurants, shops and public transit. You certainly won't waste much time getting to your destinations of choice one you choose to stay here.

Negative Reviews

No On-Site Reception Staff

Guests were sometimes a little bewildered when they showed up at the apartments and found there were no staff members to greet them. Although you'll be given a number that connects you to staff when needed, some guests initially had trouble gaining access to their apartments upon arrival, and said those problems would have not occurred if the facilities were staffed.

The Lack of a Lift

Guests were sometimes extremely upset that the apartment building doesn't have lifts. Some reviewers complained about having to go up as many as 80 stairs when they were placed in upper-floor accommodations. If this is problematic, it'd be a good idea to see what you can do about getting a lower-level apartment.

Frequent Wi-Fi Problems

Guests cited numerous Wi-Fi-related issues when staying here. Some were never provided with access codes, while others found they were never able to connect, or dealt with a connection that dropped regularly.
