City Central

These apartments boast a perfect and convenience location in the heart of Melbourne. It is within walking distance from Melbourne Central Station and next to some of the city's major highlights, including Queen Victoria's Market and Bourke Street Mall. Though the city and the area are quite walkable, the hotel is also convenient to the city's complimentary trolley service.

Cosy but Comfy

Though the apartments are a bit smaller than expected, guests were not disappointed as they were very nicely laid out and very well equipped. Guests especially appreciated the convenience of a kitchenette and the luxury of a balcony.

Pleasant Personnel

The staff are said to be quite friendly and try to be as helpful as possible. However, guests do advice to be prepared to call the night reception number upon arrival if arriving after hours in order to be let in.

Negative Reviews

Dated and Dirty

Cleaning could be improved throughout the property and in the rooms, especially between guests. Though generally speaking, the property could use renovations and cosmetics touch ups. The carpets look dirty, and the fixtures and furniture seem worn and outdated. In addition, many guests complain about an unpleasant smell in their rooms.

Short Showers

Hot water seems to be limited here, as guests have reported having trouble with it during their stay. Guests advice taking short showers when possible, or risk having your hot water run out.

Parking Problems

The onsite parking lot is a bit tight and can be challenging for large cars.
