Negative Reviews

Hot water unavailable

The bathrooms at The Gloucestershire Hotel have not been able to impress past guests. In certain instances, guests have had problems with unavailability of hot water as the water was only lukewarm and not good for a perfect shower. Even the bathroom tiles have few cracks over it.

Poor sound insulation

In certain instances, guests have experienced constant noise from outside throughout the day and till midnight. Moreover, the walls of guest rooms are comparatively thin due to which past guests had to overhear people next door and moving nearby.

Non-existent Wi-Fi

Though the complimentary Wi-Fi works well in the hotel's public area, but in the room it fails to connect. Some of the past guests have had issues in connecting and browsing which led to unnecessary delay in their work.
