Positive Reviews

Newly Renovated with Handy Airport Shuttle

Recent refurbishments throughout the venue have been very well-received and remodeled areas are impressive. There's still free valet parking service, a modern gym, regular shuttle service to/from the airport, and a Light Rail stop directly across the street. Close to the highway but no traffic noise lingers. Spotless with a large, inviting lobby. The food, drinks and Starbuck's kiosk are excellent, and the restaurant and bar are open later for night owls. The 'park-and-go' feature is handy for travellers.

Tasteful Rooms

Rooms provide all the necessities and a little extra. Beds and pillows are remarkable comfortable, complimentary toiletries are high quality and towels are thick and soft.

Friendly, Charming Staff

You'll enjoy this fun-loving group. They'll greet you as if they've known you for years and stop for a chat anytime you're ready. Front desk, housekeeping, servers and bartenders all get thumbs up from patrons here!

Negative Reviews

Confused & Spaced Out

Although friendly and enthusiastic, the staff appears to also be easily confused and forgetful. The shuttle is frequently late, valet drivers inattentive, meals prepared incorrectly and front desk unable to sufficiently remedy customer service issues. Perhaps some additional training would help them out. Snap to it, management!

Areas Overlooked

The hotel may have missed a few places with the renovation. Some areas are still drab and dreary, and air conditioners in certain rooms are quite noisy. The pool is very small and diners at the restaurant have a clear view of swimmers while eating - quite an odd design feature.

Pricey Provisions

The dinners can get a bit on the expensive side. Self-park is very limited, so that leaves the complimentary valet - which gets expensive when you tip (as you should) every time.
