Positive Reviews

Close proximity to public transportation

Termini Station is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel, making it very easy to get around to the many wonderful historical attractions in the area. Guests also note that there are two other metro lines in the vicinity, as well as bus routes.

Lovely owners

Travellers feel really relaxed and comfortable here. The staff and owners at this family-run business are said to be friendly and helpful, and always willing to go out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay for their guests, whether that's helping out with heavy bags or pointing out a good restaurant.

Awesome location

A great many restaurants and bars are within walking distance for visitors. Guests also add that there are many good tourist and shopping spots in the vicinity of the hotel that are worth the visit.

Negative Reviews

Breakfast is minimal

Although the cappuccino is delicious, as are the croissants, guests say breakfast is not sufficient. They would like to have a greater variety to choose from in the morning, and also larger portions.

Showers can improve

Travellers find that the shower heads are very loose, with the result that water tends to splash all over the place, creating damp conditions in the bathrooms. Guests also complain about a lack of ventilation which sometimes causes a bit of a musty odour in the bathrooms too. What's more, it's difficult to manoeuvre inside the shower due to the small spaces.

No elevator

Travellers who find themselves on the upper floors are quite exhausted by the time they get there. They have to lug their bags all the way up the stairs since there's no elevator access provided in the hotel.
