Great location near famous sites

You can take a 15-minute stroll through the streets of Rome to end up at the Coliseum or the Roman Forum. Because Rome Love is not located in the centre neighborhood, it doesn't feel too touristy. But guests say it has the right amount of accessibility. It's easy to visit landmarks via foot or through the subway station, which is located just outside the hotel.

Room gets cleaned daily

Unlike some services where your room doesn't get cleaned until you check out, guests found the service thorough with a towel change and emptying of the trash. The hotel was maintained fairly well, guests say.

Hot water readily available

The shower always had enough hot water and good water pressure. Also, the heating worked well during winters, keeping a comfortable temperature for guests.

Finding the hotel can be a chore

The signage is small and not displayed very prominently which led to some guests having trouble locating the hotel. Guests say that they struggled to find the place on the map, so get clear directions beforehand.

The lighting can be dim

Guests complained that the hotel was quite dark, making the stairways difficult to navigate. The lift is also dark too, guests said. The hotel rooms had small windows that didn't bring in much sunlight.

Leave the keys at the hotel

Some guests found it inconvenient to follow the hotel's policy that requires that they leave their keys at the front desk. It meant you'd have to wait for someone to let you into the hotel.
