Staff go above and beyond what is expected

Guests cannot praise the wonderful staff highly enough. They say that they provide an excellent service, being very attentive and keen to ensure that guests are happy. Nothing will ever be too much trouble for them. You will feel very well taken care of.

Excellent transport service

Complimentary transport is provided from the hotel to wherever you want to go. You will be left with a mobile phone so, when you would like to be picked up again, you just call and they will come and get you. They also provide a free airport shuttle.

Wonderful pool and spa

The lovely pool is very popular, being a great place to enjoy a refreshing dip after a busy day when temperatures really soar. The massage treatments in the spa are fantastic, guests saying they were the best they had tried during their trip.

Warm not hot water

Although this was found to be a minor inconvenience rather than a problem, some guests said that the hot water in the bathroom was only really warm, rather than actually hot.
