About Aerotel Singapore

Aerotel Singapore is situated in a Singapore Changi Airport terminal, ideal for travellers seeking a convenient and contemporary stay. It features both hostel-style and standard rooming, as well as several on-site leisure facilities.

A television, work desk, and machine for tea and coffee is provided in every room. Standard rooms feature a private bathroom, and in some cases, a view of the airport runway.

Aerotel Singapore offers free Wi-Fi access, an outdoor pool with a bar section, a library, and an exercise centre. A common lounge, 24-hour front desk, currency exchange, and parking options are available.

An in-house restaurant services guests with an optional meal plan. It prepares hot entrees, snacks, and beverages on a made-to-order basis.

Terminal 1 is directly outside the hotel's entrance, and features duty-free shops, restaurants, and bars. Singapore's centre and a monorail station are a short drive away.

Positive Reviews

Unbeatable convenience.

Being able to check into a hotel directly after landing, or just before boarding, is a fantastic luxury for a traveller. If you have an extended layover, you'll be even more thankful, as you don't need to head past security to find overnight accommodations.

A sleek, modern style.

The interior spaces here are committed to a bold, decidedly contemporary flavour that comes across in everything from its furniture to hallway lighting. It fits in nicely with some of Singapore's advanced architecture, and ensures a clean, polished experience.

Unexpected facilities.

You may not be looking for a library or swim-up bar when checking into an airport hotel, but they're here. A spacious common lounge and a fitness area round out the experience and make it a versatile stay for both families and solo travellers, and in-house dining ensures you won't go hungry between flights.

Negative Reviews

Requires a flight.

In order to access your room, you'll need to either enter through security or disembark from a flight. This also means you'll need to have a flight at some point, and can't rely on the hotel to provide you with standard accommodations midway through exploring Singapore.

Short booking slots.

Rooms are booked in segments of six hours, and must be renewed promptly if you intend to stay any longer, as the hotel often rents out your room to incoming guests toward the end of your slot. Be sure to inform the staff beforehand if you require extra time.

Excessive check-in waits.

The large number of available rooms often leads to bottlenecks in the check-in process, as guests are frequently coming and going from the property. There aren't always enough staff members to address this issue, which could cause delays in reaching your room or flight.
