Receptionists are very polite and helpful

The reception team at this hotel did a pretty good job of endearing themselves to guests. Many reviewers admired their professionalism and thought they made a real effort to be positive and welcoming.

Lots of shopping and dining options close by

Travellers were won over by the wide array of shopping centres, cafes and restaurants within striking distance of this hotel. Visitors particularly liked having two eateries (and a grocery store) right next to the hotel entrance.

Wi-Fi is actually pretty good

Visitors were pleased to highlight the fact that, unlike so many other budget (and non-budget) hotels in Singapore, the Wi-Fi here is, on the whole, pretty strong and stable.

Smoky smell isn't very welcoming

Guests were less than thrilled to discover their accommodations retained a distinct tobacco smell when they arrived. This, they lamented, was despite the fact the property advertises itself as a non-smoking hotel.
