Positive Reviews

Not now, darling!

There’s plenty going on in the Darling Harbour/ Chinatown area and the apartment is ideally placed so you can get involved in lots of things. If you’ve got kids, they’ll love the free water park. So much so, they’ll be constantly pestering you to take them back there.

Helpful members of staff

It’s all a bit impersonal, but that’s the world we live in. The guy on the other end of the text is very helpful and even manifests himself as a real human being on occasions. He's extremely helpful and obliging, though.

Comfortable furnishings

Chairs and sofas are comfortable, so it’s good to relax here at the end of an exhausting day.

Negative Reviews

On reflection; two singles mean double trouble

Two single beds shunted together are in no way the same as the requested double bed. There’s a strange lack of mirrors here too.

No reception

Apartments are privately owned so there’s no reception area here – just that textable guy. Often on arrival, there are queries and things that need sorting out. However helpful members of staff may be via text, it isn’t the same as someone being here on the spot.

Modified rapture

Generally, things are OK, but there are some notable slip-ups. TV reception can be appalling and crucial elements such as the washer might be missing altogether. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work and the customary delay in rectifying issues does little to improve customer relations.
